GIANLUIGI DONNARUMMA will snub Manchester United in favour of a new £1million-a-year deal at AC Milan, according to reports.
The 16-year-old made Serie A history last month by becoming the youngest ever goalkeeper to start a game in Italy's top flight, and has since made four appearances.
He has been on the radar of many of Europe's top clubs, including the Red Devils who were believed to be considering a January move for the teenager.
However, according to reports in Italy he is set to pledge his future to Milan, being offered a new contract which a wage increase from £160,000 to £1m-a-year.
The imposing shotstopper, who stands 6ft 5in tall, has earned high praise in recent weeks, even being compared to Juventus legend Gianluigi Buffon.
And Milan's boss Sinisa Mihajlovic admits he's not put off by his inexperience, and he sees him becoming a first-team regular following the injury to Diego Lopez.
“I don’t look at age, I look at whether someone is good or not,” insisted Mihajlovic.

“The lad trains well and right now he gives me more confidence.”
Donnarumma's current deal ends in 2018 and Milan hope this significant pay increase will prompt him to continue his development at the San Siro.
