Former Sunderland boss Gus Poyet is a target for Greek side AEK Athens.
Poyet has been out of work since being dismissed at the Stadium of Light last March.
But the Uruguayan has been keen to return to the dug-out, and has been considering jobs both in England and on the Continent.
Sources in Greece have indicated that AEK Athens have held initial talks with Poyet, who guided Sunderland to Premier League survival and the Capital One Cup final during his 18 months on Wearside
