Greece coach Fotis Katsikaris has named his final 12 players for the upcoming Eurobasket with the side looking to qualify for the Olympic Games for the first time since 2008.
Included are Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo, Sacramento Kings center Kostas Koufos, former Memphis Grizzlies guard Nick Calathes and a host of Euroleague stars including Olympiacos’ Vassilis Spanoulis.
Dimitris Agravanis and Vladimir Janković were the last two cuts that Katsikaris had to make.
Greece will be based in the Croatian capital of Zagreb where they will face the co-hosts Croatia, Slovenia, FYROM, Netherlands and Georgia.
