Western Sydney Wanderers are set to announce the signing of another former Sydney FC player with Terry Antonis reportedly closing in on a return to the A-League.
The fringe Australian international is understood to be in his way back to Sydney, ending a disappointing spell in Greece where he played just two minutes this season with Veria on loan from PAOK.
The Wanderers were linked with an approach for Antonis during the off season, but are said to be close to sealing a loan deal in the January transfer window for the remainder of the season.
Should Antonis arrive at the club's training base in Blacktown, he could be reunited with his former Sydney FC teammate Vedran Janjetovic, who joined the Wanderers last week.
