Manchester United and England star Wayne Rooney last night apologised after pictures emerged of him looking worse for wear on a night out.
Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is furious with FA staff for supposedly neglecting their care of duty given there were officials with Rooney at the bar in the England team hotel on Saturday.
And according to The Sun, up to TEN England players went out in London on Saturday night until the early hours of Sunday morning - when they were due to report back for training.
The players in question have not been named, but the FA will now review their policy on how players and staff spent their free time while on international duty.

Figures within the FA were disappointed by the incident, with all those involved that evening being spoken to.
The players' code of conduct is still in place and any repercussions will be dealt with internally, although the governing body has confirmed that overnight free time, which has been in place for a number of years, will be reviewed.
An FA spokesperson said: "All England personnel have a responsibility to behave appropriately at all times.
“We will be reviewing our policy around free time whilst on international duty."

England beat Scotland 3-0 in their 2018 World Cup qualifier last Friday night under interim boss Gareth Southgate, with the players apparently going out the following night.
One football source told The Sun: “If they had a permanent manager, this would not have erupted — but the ship is a bit rudderless.
“The FA are having to carry the can. Some of the Premier League managers are very unhappy. The FA blazers are in a panic — their statement is a touch economical with the truth. As an organisation, they don’t seem like they have taken proper care.”
Rooney was joined by Everton defender Phil Jagielka and other England players as they toasted the win over Scotland at the Grove Hotel in Chandler’s Cross, Watford.

“Naturally Wayne is sorry that pictures taken with fans have been published today,” the statement said.
