Nick Kyrgios into Japan Open tennis final

Nick Kyrgios is into the final of the Japan Open after beating Frenchman Gael Monfils 6-4 6-4 in their seim-final in Tokyo on Saturday.
No.6-seed Kyrgios was too good for his No.2-seeded opponent and produced some breathtaking tennis on his way to the straight sets victory in one hour and 30 minutes.
The 21-year-old Australian will be bidding to win his third ATP singles title when he plays David Goffin in the final on Sunday, after the Belgian beat Marin Cilic 7-5 6-4, also on Saturday.
The fifth-seeded winner kept up the chase for a possible spot in next month's eight-man World Tour Finals in London, strengthening his position on provisional 11th.
Should the Belgian take the title on Sunday against Kyrgios, he could move up to ninth in the points race with next week's Shanghai Masters to come.
Goffin struck back after going down a first-set break against Croatian Cilic, who will lead his nation in the Davis Cup final against Argentina in Zagreb in November.
After trailing 3-5, Goffin immediately broke back and eventually claimed the set after almost an hour. The second set went faster as Goffin advanced after just more than 90 minutes on court.
The win polished Goffin's record over Cilic to 3-0 after defeating the Croatian this season at Indian Wells and in a Davis Cup rubber in March.
Goffin will be playing in his first final of the season as he beat Cilic, who was bidding for his fourth final of 2016
