    GREEK-AUSTRALIAN KOKKINAKIS WINS FIRST TITLE




    Thanasi Kokkinakismade it a teen trio in the Top 100 of the Emirates ATP Rankings and this week the 19-year-old Aussie won his first ATP Challenger Tour title at the prestigious BNP Paribas Primrose Bordeaux. Kokkinakis, who needed five match points to defeat Thiemo de Bakker 6-4, 1-6, 7-6(5), is the fifth teenage Challenger champion this year, the ninth first-time titlist and the second qualifier to prevail.
    The Greek- Australian almost never competed in Bordeaux, and had it not been for a fire at Rome's Fiumicino Airport that altered his plans he would have contested qualifying at the ATP World Tour Masters 1000 event in the Italian
