Forget Sex Box, Sex Tape is the new ‘provocative reality series’ coming to shock you

TV has given us couples having sex in a box so why not couples making sex tapes?

Well, no fear as eOne have partnered with Israel-based Armoza Formats to co-produce a new programme called Sex Tape which has been billed as ‘a provocative new hour-long social experiment reality series’.
Sex Tape will feature the same format as Sex Box, in which the couples had sex in a box and then discussed the sex and their relationship with an expert; in Sex Tape the couples will produce their own sex tapes for a week, before later meeting with an expert – and the other couples – to watch the footage and debate relationship issues

The two companies are working together for a US programme but it is thought that Armoza is also developing the format for the UK along with the rest of Europe.

Hosted by Steve Jones and sexologist Goedele Liekens, Sex Box shocked viewers with its graphic explanations and its return in April 2016 saw an audience member advise a new lesbian couple that the way forward is ‘one in the poop and two in the gloop’ while a man literally crouched down and licked an iPad in Steve Jones’ lap which had an app which helped him with his oral technique.
